📋 Instructions

Preheat Oven 🌡️
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly mist a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray 🥄. -
Make the Patties 🍗
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, baharat, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties 🍔. -
Bake ⏲️
Place patties on the prepared sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). -
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce 🥣
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, lemon juice, and sumac. Chill until ready to serve. -
Warm the Buns 🍞
Place buns in the oven for the last 2–3 minutes of patty cooking time to warm through. -
Assemble the Burgers 😋
Spread yogurt sauce on the bottom buns. Add the chicken patty, followed by tomato slices, shredded lettuce, and red onion. Cap with the top bun and serve immediately.
