  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs 🍞

  • 4 burger buns 🍔

Sambal Mayo:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise 🥄

  • 1 tsp sambal oelek 🌶️

  • 1 tsp lime juice 🍋

Toppings:

  • ½ cup shredded cabbage 🥬

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced cucumber 🥒

  • 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts 🥜


📋 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven 🔥
    Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Mist a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

  2. Make the Patties 🍗
    Combine ground chicken, panko, sambal oelek, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix and shape into 4 patties.

  3. Bake 🍔
    Place patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. Mix Sambal Mayo 🥄
    Whisk together mayo, sambal oelek, and lime juice until smooth.

  5. Toast the Buns 🍞
    Pop the burger buns into the oven for 2–3 minutes for light crisping.

  6. Assemble Burgers 🧱
    Spread sambal mayo on bottom buns. Add patties, shredded cabbage, cucumber slices, and chopped peanuts. Finish with top buns.
