Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare the patties: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, cream, white pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined, then shape into 4 even-sized patties.
