Preheat Oven π‘️
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray π₯. -
Form the Patties π
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, cumin, onion powder, and salt. Mix until just combined and form into 4 even patties π. -
Bake π₯
Arrange patties on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). -

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder until smooth. -
Toast the Buns π
Add burger buns to the oven for the last 2–3 minutes to lightly toast. -
Assemble the Burgers π½️
Spread aji sauce on the bottom bun. Add the chicken patty, followed by avocado slices π₯, tomatoes π , and shredded lettuce π₯¬. Top with the remaining bun.
